The short version: this game does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking libraries.

Who we are

Ember Isle: Cannon Defense is published by Arrows App Studio ("we", "us"). For anything in this policy, contact support@lazymanstudios.com.

What the game collects

Nothing. The game does not ask for a name, email address, phone number, birthdate, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or any other personal information. It contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting SDK.

What is stored on your device

The game keeps two small pieces of progress data in your device's local app storage:

• your best score and the furthest wave you have reached;
• whether sound is muted.

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to our servers (we do not have any) and it is not shared with anyone. Uninstalling the game deletes it.

Network access

The Android build ships every asset inside the app package and serves them to its own embedded browser on the device. The INTERNET permission is declared because the Android WebView runtime requires it to start, but the game itself makes no network requests: there is no update check, no telemetry, no remote configuration and no downloadable content.

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, contact us and we will confirm that there is nothing to delete.

Third parties

There are none. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, attribution, social-login or payment SDKs. Distribution through Google Play is governed by Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights to access, correct, delete, port or object to the processing of personal data. We hold none about you, so there is nothing to access or erase. If you have a question about this, email us and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game adds a feature that changes any of the above, this page will be updated before that version ships, and the "last updated" date above will change.
