Who we are
Hold My Seat (“the game”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile puzzle game published by Arrows App Studio (“the developer”). Contact: lazymanstudios@gmail.com.
The short version
Hold My Seat does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party SDK that collects data. The game plays offline.
Information stored on your device
The game saves the following locally in your device’s app storage:
- level progress, stars, and cleared routes
- sound and calm-motion preferences
- whether the one-time tutorial has been seen
This information never leaves your device through the game. It is not sent to us or to any third party.
Android backup
If you have Android Backup enabled on your device, Android may include the game’s local app data in your device backup, which is stored in your Google account. This is an operating-system feature controlled by you and Google, not by the game. We do not receive a copy of that backup. You can disable backup in Android Settings.
Permissions
The Android package requests the INTERNET permission because the game runs inside a web view shell. The shipped game makes no network requests. It does not use location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, files, or any other sensitive permission.
Children’s privacy
Hold My Seat is family-friendly and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no personal information is collected, used, or shared, the game does not require parental consent for data collection. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will confirm that we hold none.
Advertising and purchases
No ads. No in-app purchases. No subscriptions. No advertising identifiers.
Third parties
The game does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social SDKs. The Android WebView is provided by your device’s operating system.
Data retention and deletion
We do not retain any personal information on a server. To delete the game’s local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Hold My Seat → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the game. Uninstalling removes the local progress and settings.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and publish the new version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the store listing’s release notes.
